How to Use This Vault

1. Open the runbook Safety Shower MVP and master sequence MVP Sequencing.
2. Set Client_Profile per Client_Profile_Baselines and open the Standards Toolkit.
3. Execute CF01→CF04 with asserts: profile set, reconciliation present, matrix extended fields present, hazards matrix present, CPQ list present, annexes present.
4. Use templates for RFI, TQ, appendices, manifests, and matrix.
5. Record metrics and update the changelog.

Notes on Citations & Files

• Always cite: Doc name + Doc_No + page/section/note (see Citation_Style).
• For example directories, cite the markdown-converted source files by relative path.
• Keep XLSX in sync with CSV headers per Matrix_XLSX_Update_Checklist.
