Design & Build Workshop Agenda

Duration: Up to 4 hours (with breaks as needed)

1. Welcome & Goal Alignment (5 min)

• Set the stage for a collaborative session.

• Confirm meeting goals and desired outcomes.

2. Review of Current Workflow (“As-Is” State) (10 min)

• Walk through the Safety Shower proposal process as it exists today. Assessment of the Safety Shower Compliance Workflow
• Validate understanding of the key workflows, inputs, and outputs.

3. Walkthrough of Target Workflow (“To-Be” Vision) (20 min)

• Present findings from our workflow assessment. friction-outcomes

4. Collaborative Workflow Design (~2 hrs)

• Co-create the new AI-assisted process, integrating best practices and automation opportunities. Safety Shower MVP
• Define clear handoffs, decision points, and compliance checkpoints.

5. Prototype Demonstration & Feedback (~1 hr)

• Hands-on review of the prototype workflow in action. index
• Collect feedback on usability, accuracy, and business impact.

6. Prioritization & Next Steps (20 min)
