Operator SOPs — Justrite MVP (CF01–CF04)

Operator SOPs — Justrite MVP (CF01–CF04)

Purpose

  • Provide step-by-step operator guidance aligned with Infinity Method grammar (SEA; TOTE) for consistent execution.

Conventions

  • SEA tags: CF01 Streamline; CF02–CF03 Enrich; CF04 Accelerate
  • TOTE visible per step: Test → Operate → Test → Exit
  • Cite: filename + page/section/note for every claim

CF01 — RFQ Intake & Triage (SEA: Streamline) Parameters: Client_Profile, Region_Standards_Baseline, Units

  1. Anchor Hunt & File Map (TOTE)
  • Test: Anchors proposed?
  • Operate: Propose Top-3 (MR/Datasheet/Inst Spec) with cues
  • Test: Operator confirms primary anchor
  • Exit: Anchor set
  1. RFQ at a Glance
  • Include: counts, anchors, cross-refs, complexity, Missing Docs, Integrity, Revisions timeline, TQ tracker, Product group clustering
  1. Quantity Reconciliation (MR↔Offer)
  2. Hazardous-Area Map (IIB/IIC/T-class)
  3. Completeness Check (client-specific)
  4. Targeted RFI Draft (if gaps or unreadables)
  5. Decision Gate: Go / Hold for RFI

CF02 — Requirements Analysis (SEA: Enrich) Parameters: Client_Profile

  1. Extraction of enforceable requirements (capture T-class/Area Class)
  2. ANSI/ADNOC normalization (eyewash vs eye/facewash)
  3. Categorize & Risk-flag [Perf, Elec, HazArea, Materials, Testing, Docs, Integration, Painting, Signage, Alarms, Prequalification]
  4. Curator view: High-Risk first; decisions
  5. Export to matrix with added fields (Client/Required/Offer: T-Class, Area Class, Power Supply)

CF03 — Configuration & Deviation (SEA: Enrich)

  1. Status proposal per requirement with Offer evidence
  2. Auto-checks: dual power; IP minima; hazardous-area per-component matrix → weakest-link; EMC/Surge; Tests; AVL; Materials
  3. Draft deviations; pre-seeded candidates: scald valve with cooler, flowswitch→proximity, JB Ex e vs chiller Ex d, painting exclusions, heated booth optionality, AVL, dual power
  4. CPQ pre-entry list grouped by subsystem
  5. Finalization Gate + write-back to Past_Deviations_Library.md

CF04 — Proposal & Handoff (SEA: Accelerate)

  1. Technical Handoff (include Revisions & Open Items)
  2. Client Proposal Skeleton (attachments manifest; optional Prequalification Annex if present)
  3. Submission Email Draft

Quality Bar & Metrics

  • If you can’t cite it, you can’t claim it.
  • Capture: total files/pages, # high-risk rows, # RFIs, # deviations proposed/accepted, unresolved items.
