insurance.

If the Buyer anticipates that it will be unable to take delivery of the Products at the Delivery Date, it shall promptly notifythe Supplier thereof stating the reason for the delay and, if possible, the time when it will be able to take delivery. The
Supplier agrees to store Products free of charge for the first sixty (60) days. Thereafter, the rate for storage shall be EUR14,000 per month.
