This document provides a high-level overview for our upcoming 1-hour kickoff call. In preparation for this pilot, we have completed a deep analysis of the provided materials, including the seven source documents and the current compliance workflow. The result is a detailed, step-by-step assessment of the friction points in the current process and a clear vision for how an AI-assisted workflow can deliver value by making the process faster (Streamline), smarter (Enrich), and more scalable (Accelerate). The purpose of this call is to briefly present our findings to the pilot team, validate our understanding, and collaboratively generate a set of questions for them to answer as pre-work. This will ensure our first design session is grounded in their direct expertise and is maximally productive.
