ANNEX C - INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

- Taking into account the provisions of clause 39.2 of the Purchase Conditions, the following
statements shall apply:
1.1. Regarding Third Party Liability Insurance to be purchased under clause 39.2.1.d) of the Purchase Conditions, this insurance shall cover normal and customary general liability in regards to all the Works with minimum policy limits for any loss of not less than USD 1,000,000 per occurrence, and USD 5,000,000 per occurrence if SELLER has to develop any works at SITE.
1.2. Regarding motor vehicle third party and passenger liability insurance to be purchased under clause 39.2.2. a) of the Purchase Conditions, the policy shall cover owned, non-owned and hired motor vehicles, with limits of not less than ten million Saudi Riyals (SAR10,000,000) or the then-current minimum legal requirement (whichever is greater) for personal injury, death, or property damage resulting from each occurrence.
