ATTACHMENT 2 : ADDITIONAL SAFETY EQUIPMENT FOR OPERATION PHASE

CONTRACTOR shall provide additional Safety equipment to ensure emergency response readiness before the READY FOR START-UP (RFSU).

The current FEED design and documentations will be replaced with the revised updates as the revision will introduce amendments to list of Safety equipment identified in the FEED documents and safety equipment layouts.

CONTRACTOR shall fully incorporate this additional Safety equipment’s into their detailed documentations and address all relevant deliverables impacted by this additional safety equipment list.

The below list is not exhaustive but is an indicative listing of various discipline deliverables that may be revised, (HSE Philosophy, EERA , Emergency response plan, Safety Equipment list, Safety Equipment Data Sheets, HSECES performance, Corrective maintenance programs, Spare Parts Lists and Miscellaneous associated documents).

CONTRACTOR is fully responsible for the delivery of the additional Safety equipment in addition to all other safety equipment during execution of the WORKS.

• The below listed Safety Equipment shall be available in advance before READY FOR START-

UP, as part of START-UP safety readiness and emergency response preparedness.

• CONTRACTOR shall provide to COMPANY the Manufacturer’s Catalogue for final approval of

equipment.

• CONTRACTOR shall prepare a specification data sheet for approval of the COMPANY for the

required safety equipment before issuance of the purchase requisition.

• CONTRACTOR shall prepare schedule plan approved by COMPANY detailing the purchase requisition / purchase order dates, material receiving dates and handover to COMPANY date.

• All attached safety equipment shall be subjected to FAT and SAT by the COMPANY. • All attached safety equipment shall be New with long shelf life dates. • CONTRACTOR shall procure all Safety Equipment from the COMPANY Approved Vender supplier register and handover to COMPANY at Ghasha Offshore Processing Plant three months before the READY FOR START-UP.

• CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all Safety Equipment warranty will not commence before

READY FOR START-UP and be valid for a minimum of 2 years

• CONTRACTOR shall ensure that VENDOR will maintain all Safety Equipment for two years and in case of default condition, VENDOR shall provide replacement till repairing. In addition repairing kits shall be provided by VENDOR for on-site repair.

• CONTRACTOR shall meet the spare parts requirements in accordance with the AGREEMENT

and ANNEXURE 10C section 3.

• CONTRACTOR must ensure that VENDOR shall have service center in Abu Dhabi, and will provide details of after sales services and support in Abu Dhabi such as stock of spare parts, repair facility, technical support and training for plant operators and technician.

• CONTRACTOR shall ensure that required training to COMPANY personnel is included in the

LUMP SUM PRICE.
