Up against time constraint with deadline - buyer’s fault as sent to old email addresses at Hughes. This RFQ will have more information - however no time to read it all before deadline (literally same day).

Therefore, if this gets to TBE stage - will need to thoroughly review to bring into alignment. Buyer said the same - just get quote in for now, can revise later.
