

IFC and NWD (Navisworks)

If some tools do not support exporting to IFC, vendor can use third tools like Navisworks “Codemill IFC Exporter” API to export to IFC with the same LOI of the source tool or other, or other applications can export in IFC format.

If VENDOR intends to use another 3D Model format, this shall be formally agreed and validated by CONTRACTOR.

It shall be noted that the revision of the files provided by VENDOR will be managed automatically by Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

Note: Each Operating Center (OC) will be responsible for managing their respective Vendor models with the rules define by the Host.

5.1

Level of Detail and Information (LOD/LOI)

The level of detail should be the simplest as possible, only external shape and simple shape should be used. Vendor should avoid using complex shape like spring or torus. Small detail like bolt or identification plate should be removed from the model. (See APPENDIX 1: Level Of Detail and APPENDIX 2: Level Of Information)

The model should be divided by Discipline

 Piping (Support, Valve…)

 Structure

 Civil



Instrumentation

 Electrical

The information provided should be According to (RLNG-000-PM-PP-2104-Functional Requirement Specification) and specification provided by discipline.
