Executive Summary — Q-32859 (NMDC Energy — Ruwais LNG)
NMDC Energy requested self‑contained emergency shower and eye/facewash systems for the Ruwais LNG project. Our offer (Q‑32859‑1, 16‑Jun‑2025) provides 28 configured tank‑fed units EXP‑MH‑14KS/1500 with integrated eyewash, packaged for outdoor operation, and paired with 28 hazardous‑area chillers (3 kW) to ensure tepid water delivery across site ambient conditions. The configuration aligns to ADNOC expectations for performance and documentation, with strict traceability to the Material Requisition RLNG‑000‑HS‑R‑8851 (IFQ 02‑May‑2025) and manufacturer datasheets.
Performance highlights: minimum 76 LPM shower and 12 LPM eye/facewash per model datasheet; 15‑minute discharge within a 15.6–37.8 °C tepid band; Arabic/English signage and CCR remote indication via proximity switches are included. The chiller package is rated Zone‑1, Gas Group IIB, T3 with IP66 panel, IP65 instruments, and IP55 motor; the tank shower base is Zone 1/2, IIA/IIB, T3 with IIC variants available. Electrical integration follows a single external 415 VAC 3‑phase feed to the chiller, which provides a 230/240 VAC single‑phase feed to the shower immersion heater and light, minimizing external interfaces.
Episode 3 decisions: (1) For H₂ service, units will be configured as IIC T3 end‑to‑end (tank shower IIC variant; matching chiller certification to be provided in submittals); (2) Power topology confirmed as a single external 3‑phase feed to the chiller with a chiller‑provided 230/240 VAC feed to the shower. EMC evidence (IEC 61000‑6‑2/‑6‑4; IEC 61326; NAMUR NE 21) will be attached in submittals. The annexes include a Technical Deviation list (updated), Technical Clarifications (closed), Quality Documents manifest, Datasheets/CoCs manifest, and a Reference List.
Upon these confirmations, we have frozen the compliance matrix (CSV source of truth) and deviation report for external review and will proceed to client‑ready compilation without delay.
