Justrite Safety Shower MVP — Project Starter Kit
This kit contains
- Prompt Packs for CF01–CF04 (ADNOC-aware)
- Extended Compliance Matrix template (CSV + XLSX)
- Deviation Report template (Markdown)
- Past Deviations Library (Markdown)
How to use in ChatGPT Projects
- Create 4 Projects: CF01–CF04.
- In each Project, open Files and upload the relevant Prompt Pack (MD). Pin it or paste prompts into a Canvas note.
- Upload your supporting documents to CF01/CF02 (MR, Datasheet, Instrument Spec, Offers).
- Set context variables up front in each CF session:
- Client_Profile={{Client_Profile}} • EPC={{EPC_Name}} • Language_Signage={{Language_Signage}} • Power_Topology={{Power_Topology}} • Haz_Default={{Haz_Default}} • Haz_H2={{Haz_H2}} • EPC_Overrides={{EPC_Overrides}}
- Use CF01 prompts to generate: RFQ at a Glance, Completeness, Reconciliation, Hazardous‑Area Map, and RFI (if needed).
- In CF02, populate Compliance_Matrix_Template_Extended.csv (CSV is source of truth; XLSX optional) with enforceable rows incl. EMC/IP/Tests/Signage/CCR.
- In CF03, compare and assign statuses, build hazards table (weakest‑link), and auto‑draft deviations. Append accepted ones to Past_Deviations_Library.md.
- In CF04, assemble internal handoff + client packet per prompts.

Pilot constraints & governance
- Scope: Safety Showers specification review; pilot cohort ≤ 5 participants.
- Nature: Minimum Lovable Pilot (MLP), non‑production; human‑in‑the‑loop is mandatory.
- Governance: Operators steward day‑to‑day changes; AI Council reviews versioning and scaling readiness.
- Scaling: Contingent on demonstrated value and operator adoption; not assumed.
