2. Matrix decisions & evidence (CF02/CF03)

• For each High‑Risk row (EMC/IP/Haz/Power/Tests/Signage/CCR), set Status_Final and add Offer_Evidence_Doc + Page/Line in Compliance_Matrix_Extended.csv
• If deviation required: confirm D‑IDs in Deviation_Report_Draft.md; then write back to Past_Deviations_Library with citations
