Standard Work (Episode 4)

1. Evidence Pack Finalization

• Collect vendor EMC/EMI declarations (IEC 61000‑6‑2/‑6‑4; IEC 61326; NAMUR NE 21) and IECEx/ATEX certificates where applicable.
• Attach PDFs; update Evidence_Pack_Checklist Status → Attached; update Attachments_Manifest.md Evidence Pack filenames.
• Update matrix Decision_Notes to include Item_IDs where relevant; flip any Partially Compliant rows to Fully Compliant when evidence is attached.

2. Client Responses Integration

• If client mandates motor IP65, update D‑003 (Accept/Reject/Upgrade) in Appendix 2; adjust matrix row R‑0008 and CPQ implications accordingly.
• Record clarifications in Appendix 3 with “Why Closed” citation.

3. Spec Cross‑walk Instantiation

• Create a project instance from Spec_Crosswalk_Template; fill precise file paths and line ranges for all High‑Risk rows (use Episode 3 citations).
• Link the cross‑walk from the packet or CF02 notes for audit.

4. Externalization & Ready‑to‑Send Packet

• Regenerate Executive Summary if decisions changed (e.g., D‑003).
• Confirm packet integrity: manifests enumerate all references; Evidence Pack filenames present; matrix Status_Final consistent.
• Optional: Export XLSX parity if requested.

Pass/Fail Gates

• Evidence_Pack complete (all Partially Compliant rows resolved or explicitly parked with filenames)
• Deviations and appendices synchronized with any client responses
• Spec Cross‑walk completed for all High‑Risk rows
