Purpose

• Formally close Episode 4 by asserting gate pass/fail, recording the decision, and enumerating the exact state of critical artifacts.

• Operate (O): Review updated artifacts (below) and remediate defects if any
• Test (T2): Re-run checks. If all pass, proceed to Exit
• Exit (E): Record decision and next episode onramp
